  1.  उपर दिय गयें Click to Wait and Get Google Sheet With Source Code लिंक पर किल्‍क करे 
  2. उसके बाद एक नया पेज ऑपन होगा उसको ध्‍यानपूर्वक पडे एवं 38 नम्‍बर की सर्विस का चयन कर गुगल फॉर्म काे सबमिट कर दें ा 
  3. इसके बाद आपको एक ई मेल प्राप्‍त होगा उक्‍त ई मेल में आपको यूजर आई0डी0 एवं पासवर्ड प्राप्‍त होगें
  4. उक्‍त यूजर आई0डी0 एवं पासवर्ड को Service Login Portal पर डालकर ऑपन करें एवं वहां से गुगल फॉर्म को कॉपी करेंा
  5. इसके बाद  >>  App Script >>पर क्लिक करे


Create 1 file Name Given Below
Code.gs
Click here to >> Deploy >> New Deployment >>

    can you help me with a script or solution for google form to generate unique ID with customization id i.e. CSMTO-0001 after each submission of google form and send responded email subject line with same unique id

      Sunil, in the sheet Apps script change inside the PREFIX the way you want for example : (PREFIX: "CSMTO-",) and follow the other steps. Of course you have to put this in the response (in presentation in Google forms): CSMTO-00001
